TIMERA Return & Refund Policy

At TIMERA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged

Incorrect (wrong item sent)

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TIMERA is not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
